AG Shapiro Releases Special Report On Fentanyl Becoming Dominant Opioid

Pennsylvania Attorney General's office released a report noting a significant increase in overdose deaths in the state, with a rise of 16.4 percent in 2020 and a further 6 percent increase in 2021. The report highlighted the growing issue of synthetic opioids, including fentanyl, found in counterfeit pills​
